Walking under the contemporary archway to enter the Akrotiri complex, you’re immediately struck by the long pool stretching in front of you towards the Ionian Sea in the distance. A wide walkway separates the first two suites on either side of you as you make your way down the gently-sloping steps towards the large terrace and pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. At the far end you’ll find the third building, housing three individual suites. The entire complex is surrounded by tall mature trees, providing plenty of shade and dappled sunshine. The large pool (65 sq m) is a contemporary rectangular shape, surrounded by a flat paved terrace furnished with comfortable sun loungers. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off after swimming or from days at the beach!

Kymata (the waves in Greek) is a 45-square-metre, ground floor 1-bedroom suite situated by the entrance to the property. A simple and well-planned space, Kymata is fully accessible for guests with special accessibility requirements or wheelchairs and has the addition of a sloping path suitable for wheelchairs to reach the pool terrace. The separate bedroom contains a queen-sized bed while the sofa in the sitting area can be converted to 2 joined single beds to accommodate 2 other people. There is a well-equipped kitchen area and sliding doors open to a private shady veranda for outside dining and relaxing. Please note: the pool does not have a sloped entrance or at this point an accessible lift for wheelchair users.
